Owner Gary Foster is a long time Alaskan Resident and is known as a friendly, honest, experienced contractor who does quality work. With over twenty five years of experience in the construction industry Gary expanded into the building of exceptional quality homes in 2003. Gary builds each home with the buyer in mind and has the “eye” for detail.
Each home is built with the focus on Craftsmanship, Superior Quality, and Finishing Touches. Solid wood doors and trim in rich lacquer finish, custom paint touches, admirable stone or slate tile work and handcrafted details are featured in each home. The final result is a truly distinctive home package that includes exceptional features and finishes.
Foster’s Fine Finishes is not a high volume builder. We build an average of six homes per year. With a limited number of projects each home receives exclusive supervision with full attention to the finish details. Gary is on the job daily supervising the construction process from the start right down to the final detail cleaning. Daily on site management by the builder ensures your project will be completed on time. We have select floor plans available and your custom plans are always welcome. We also have consultation available with a home plan designer. A designer’s
expertise and enhancement will style your floor plan inspirations into a dream home reality.
